What a deposit is

Your deposit reserves a place in the first batch (50 units on the work page, 10 fittings on the voice page) and is credited in full toward the product price. It is not a purchase of a finished product and does not transfer ownership of anything yet.

Refunds

You can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of your deposit at any time before you make the separate final payment (or, for fittings, before the fitting takes place). Email ayushkumargithub@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven business days.

Timing

The shipping or fitting estimate on the page is a good-faith estimate, not a promise. If it slips, I'll tell you the new estimate and you can cancel for a full refund.

The product may change

This is early hardware. Form factor, materials, software and features may change before final payment. If a change is material to what you reserved, I'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund before paying the balance.

Final payment

I will not charge the balance automatically. When your unit or fitting is ready, you'll get an email with the final configuration and price; you'll have 30 days to complete payment. If you don't, I'll cancel the reservation and refund the deposit.

Not a medical device

Nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures anything. It is an input device controlled by the movement of your mouth.

If fewer people reserve than I need

If the first batch doesn't fill, I'll say so publicly and refund everyone.
