Talk without talking.
I put electrodes on my face so I could talk to my computer without making a sound.
Sound on. The silence is the point.
How it works
Eight surface electrodes read the electrical activity of the muscles you use to speak. You mouth the words, no voice, no whisper. A model trained on my face turns that signal into text and types it into whatever app is open, on the laptop or the phone.
Every demo clip in the video is the live model, trained on my own face.
What it does today
- Types into any app: Claude Code, Gmail, WhatsApp, Notes, Slack
- Laptop and phone
- No sound. Verified from a microphone, not asserted
- Learns a phrase in minutes
What it doesn't do yet
- Open vocabulary. Six phrases, not anything you'd say
- Other faces. Untested, and it's the next experiment
- Fit in something you'd wear. It's pads and wires
- Read thoughts. It reads muscles; you have to mouth the words

Or just tell me what you'd use it for first. If you're in San Francisco, you can try it on your own face.
You're on the list. Thank you. I'll be in touch, and if you're in San Francisco, I'll reach out about trying it on your own face.
